Dustin Ziegelmann

Branding

2022

Dustin needed a brand that could carry the weight of deep Seattle market expertise while feeling personal enough that a buyer or seller would actually want to call him. The identity drew from dark forest green, warm stone, and deep charcoal, with a bold interlocking DZ monogram that sits with quiet confidence across every surface. The website was built to move a client from curiosity to trust without friction, guiding them through his process, his values, and his track record in a way that felt more like a conversation than a credential. The system extended into quarterly market reports, email campaigns, social media templates, and listing collateral, each piece carrying the same tone so the brand held together whether someone encountered it on their phone or in their mailbox. The process stayed rooted in a single strategic idea, that finding the right home is an act of self-knowledge, and that conviction shaped everything from the tagline down to the texture of every page.
